This place gets 5 stars for their customer service above all! Wow, on a night that they were swamped with a football jamboree they still knew how to make sure everyone was taken care of, even with 100 screaming teenagers in the building LOL! I can't say enough about how attentive and accommodating the staff was, it helps that the food is great as well! Wonderful beer choices on tap and lots of specialty pizza to choose from. It would be great to visit this place on a slower night, but on the busiest night they still took care of my family with class!

Currently under new management and they have some customer service kinks to work out. We arrived and stood at the counter to order. There were 6 employees behind the counter doing various things (one taking order by phone, one entering something into the register, two talking to each other about the menu, and two more listening to the menu discussion). We were not acknowledge of greeted for 90 seconds. Finally, one on the menu-discussion-participants came to the register and said "hello".
No, "may I take your order", "do you have any questions", "how was your day", "welcome to Pizza and Pints", etc.
We asked for a medium Cadillac Pizza on gluten free bread. She had to ask if they had gluten free. They only have small now.
Summary, Dave, the previous owner and his team were customer focused and aimed to continuously improve the customer experience. I hope the new owners take note and improve at a rapid pace. -

Wow!! So we came here after being absent for a long time and seems like they are under new management.
We used to come here when Dave (previous owner) was here and he ran this spot really tight; he was very pleasant, always excellent service.
Just now, we walk in, there were at least 6-7 people behind the counter and they were just chatting, didn't even say hi to us. Absolutely no customer service.
Finally after a few minutes of them chatting, a woman comes up and says HI... but again, no "what can i get for you? How are you doing?...."
We walked outta there. -

Surprised at how good this spot turned out to be! Had the Gotham garlic chicken pizza and it was
Yummmmmy! Also had some regular wings, which were good as well. Don't be fooled by the looks of the place, it's really good pizza! -

Waited 43 minutes for a to go Calzone order which was supposed to be a 15 minute wait. Wish the food would of compensated for the time but unfortunately it wasn't that great.
